Return and Refund Policy for Football Is Sexy

The following terms are applicable for any purchase.
To exercise your right to an exchange or refund you must inform FIS of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by email: info@footballissexy.com
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as used for the original order and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
For the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not worn or damaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one or different size, contact us via email. Please note that we only replace or exchange items you received that do not fit, defective or damaged.
